Welcome to Vestec B.V. – the technical staffing agency that officially launched on 1 January 2026. We focus entirely on connecting skilled professionals and clients in electrical and instrumentation engineering. We are active in both the Netherlands and Belgium, allowing us to offer a broad and flexible deployment for a wide range of technical projects.

Our story
Built from hands-on experience
Vestec B.V. was founded by Sjaak van Eijkeren (34), who has been active in the staffing industry within the E&I sector since 2015. Thanks to broad practical experience – from E&I supervisor to assistant, and from electrical tracing specialist to panel builder – we understand like no other what is needed on the work floor. That background forms the core of our approach: honest, committed, technically skilled, and always focused on quality.
Our office is located in ’s-Heerenhoek, centrally situated in Zeeland between Middelburg, Goes, and Terneuzen. From this location, we support both companies and professionals with reliable, flexible, and high-quality staffing solutions.

How do you select technical mechanics?
With us, everything starts with personal contact. We speak extensively with every technician ourselves before introducing someone to a client. During this interview, we look not only at qualifications and work experience, but also at work ethic, reliability, communication, and ambitions.
Thanks to our years of experience in the technical sector, we quickly recognize whether someone is a true fit for a position and an organization. Of course, things do go wrong in exceptional cases, but thanks to our careful screening, that is the exception rather than the rule.
In which regions are you active?
We broker technicians throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Thanks to our extensive network, we can act quickly and match the right professionals with clients in various regions.
How do you ensure the right match?
A good match goes beyond just technical skills. We look at:

- Commute distance and flexibility
Because we speak to our candidates personally, we can make a targeted and well-founded selection instead of simply forwarding resume’s.
What if a placement turns out not to fit properly after all?
Despite our careful selection, in exceptional cases it may happen that an installation turns out not to be optimal. In that case, we take immediate action.
We enter into discussions with both the client and the installer and quickly look for a suitable solution. Our involvement does not stop at the start of the project, we remain the point of contact throughout the collaboration.
Do you also arrange accommodation for mechanics?
Yes. If necessary, we provide accommodation for our technicians.
We work with SNF-certified accommodations, which means that the housing meets the applicable standards for quality and safety. Each technician has their own bedroom, ensuring privacy and peace.
Additionally, we almost always try to house the technicians as close as possible to the project to minimize travel time and optimize availability.
Can you also provide transportation?
Yes. We can provide our technicians with good and presentable cars when required for the project.
This ensures that:
- Technicians can travel to the work location independently
- Projects can be scheduled flexibly
- Clients are completely unburdened
How quickly can you deploy a technician?
This depends on the position, region, and availability. Thanks to our network, we can often act quickly.
In many cases, we can propose suitable technicians on short notice.
Can technicians register directly with you?
Yes, mechanics can register directly with us. We will contact you personally to get acquainted and discuss what you are looking for in your next step.
